Overview: 2019 started a recurring merch line for our in house bookstore.
The goal: To create cost effective merch that people would be proud to wear while representing the church and create conversations while out in public.
Process: Building from the ground up I led and collaborated with the team in strategy, vision, material choices, and art direction.
Solution: From 2019-2021 we launched Fall and Spring lines with a good amount of success. In 2022 we started a new strategy where we developed 2 year catalogs. This greatly increased the amount of merch we made, it made us more collaborative with other departments, and saved FTE resources.
